Police are still looking for the person who fatally shot a man on a Manhattan-bound Q train

Based on current law and order conditions in the Big Apple; these fools (the city brass) may just give the shooter the keys to the city if and when they arrest him.

There is an old saying; fear and respect go hand in hand. If a person is not fearful on the consequences of committing a crime, what the hell is the deterrent?? Answer: There is none.

I am still trying to comprehend what they have in between their ears when the city idiots came up with their unrealistic way of trying to maintain law and order by their lack of disciplinary action??

It is just a matter of everyday common sense. If a kid, even in their infancy is not reprimanded or punished for misbehaving, what is going to develop somewhere down the line; a gigantic monster.

This has become a fuckin game with these psycho shooters. They are literally laughing at the authorities and deliberately committing the crimes just for the thrill of it. WHY because they know they can get away with little punishment or not at all.

What is the answer to all of this lawlessness?? Make the perpetrators paid dearly for their mistakes and possibly a pattern can be set to get rest of the scumbags attention.
