Does this ignorant broad realize what a slap in the face it is to the people of color, to imply that they are not intelligent enough to comprehend and learn at a normal level??

I remember years back when one of the bleeding heart cities lowered the qualifications for firefighters test scores for minorities, just so they can pass the test, substantially lower than for the white people. End result being what they produced was a bunch of unqualified very dangerous people.

Lowering test qualifications for anyone is an insult to them. If nothing else, their requirements should be more stringent than average if they ever want to crawl out of the deep breath that they are educationally.

It is absolutely incomprehensible that we have people in positions of power that are so fuckin stupid. Governor Brown is leading the parade.

This is not a unique situation. I even heard a while back that this concession was given to the minorities in the medical field as well as many other critical occupations where education is paramount.

Gotta be a good feeling laying on an operating table having some clown operate on me that was not fully educated in the medical field, and given a shingle just because there needed to be a quota filled.

Do these idiots like governor Brown really know what kind of harm they are creating by lowering qualification tests.

I would love to see her governor’s mansion being burned to the ground and have some inexperienced firemen show up they do not know the difference between a hydrant and an axe.

And her minuscule pee brain she thinks that she is doing the minorities a favor, but in all reality she is doing more harm than good.

If I were a person of color I would be highly insulted if someone implied I was not as intelligent as a white person.
