President Biden is planning to sign an executive order Wednesday to establish a federal workforce training and service initiative as part of his administration’s efforts to fight climate change.
Biden’s so-called American Climate Corps will, according to the White House, mobilize “a new, diverse generation” of more than 20,000 Americans who will be trained and put to work on conservation, clean energy and environmental justice projects. The ultimate goal of the program is to pave the way for members of the corps to find jobs in the public and private sector.
To start with I think is it a great idea, ONLY IF IT WOULD WORK.

It would surprise the shit out of me if this thing really worked. Business after business is closing up because they cannot get help to man the stations. Where in the hell it’s this administration going to find 20,000 people that are willing to do an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay?? I see it’s impossible. It is just another ploy to try and shake up some votes from people that feel they have been ingratiated.
This will be another government venture that is going to cost the taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars, and like everything else they get their grubby hands into, in the long run it will be a catastrophe.

There is a new cowboy on the block. The only four letter word that is very offensive to a lot of people that the encyclopedia neglected to add to the list is, WORK. Most of the stumble bums out there wouldn’t take job if you ever hand it to them on a golden platter.
I don’t see how KJ’s new initiatives are going to get off the ground. If it does it’s going to cost the taxpayers to shit load of money with very little to no progress, especially if the government is overseeing it. If it was a private sector controlling it, it may have a chance.
I would say our illustrious president is doing too little too late and constantly going in the wrong direction. Give this new work program to clean the environment to a company in the private sector to organize, and they may have a chance. If not, like everything else, Kamikaze Joe gets involved in will be just shoveling more shit into the wind.
Hold their feet to the fire and make them account for every single cent that is spent. You and I know that will never happen. As soon as $$$$ are involved the degenerates crawl out of the woodwork trying to get their piece of the action.
Possibly the government should give this work program to the Mafia to organize and run. They take their Commission off the top and would be held accountable to make sure the job is done properly. After all, if the government sunk so low as to hire the mob to kill Castro, why not let them run a legitimate program??
