In my opinion political parties should be abolished. There is no such thing on either side of the fence as loyalty, as there was years ago. Democrats were for the working man and Republicans were for the upper crust. That is not the case anymore, they are only all out for themselves and how much they can steal before they retire from politics with full pay and benefits.
So I say, what is the real purpose of having a political party if there is no unity between them?? It is every man and women for themselves.
