It’s not bad enough this perverted exhibitionist was running around the store naked, he was trying to grab little kids.

All of the defenders should have been armed with baseball bats and given the creep a beating he never will forget, that is after you got out of the hospital for six months.

Is he a sick person?? Absolutely, but what do they do with sick animals?

Or at least locked away for life so he cannot be a danger to anyone.

This is why there is no deterrent to crime. The penalties the criminal gets are not nearly enough to make an impression on them.
