It has become very fashionable or vogue to hire and appoint people to fill a position who are only tokens because of their gender or race. Looking at their many of their selections it is very apparent that they are trying to fill a quota instead of manning the position with a qualified person.

This practice has gone all the way to the second highest seat in the country; all because Joe Biden wanted to appeal to the female and black voters of the country by giving CARM the nod for the VP spot. She is totally worthless, and like many other politicians, she should be ashamed to collect her paycheck.

The latest pissing up a rope (it only comes back into your face) scandal that is disturbing to everyone is the hiring of as the Claudine Gay as president of Harvard University; at one time was one of the most  prestigious and well respected school of higher learning in the country if not the world. Now because they have fallen in line with the rest of the progressive do-gooders, they are nothing but a secondary college trying to stay in step with the rest of the far-lefters.

It’s sort of sickening watching the news because all of the newscasters keep asking ”why was she hired?” Why was Gay hired?

Fools; get your head out of your ass, tell it like it is instead of trying to hide behind the Mr. Nice guy or Mrs. Coward. Gay was hired for the same reason Carm was, she is black and a female. How many times does this quota or selective hiring going to backfire in their face before they start hiring quality people that are qualified.

It shouldn’t matter to anyone what race, color or creed a person is that is vying for a position. All that should matter is that they are qualified.

By hiring people to fill a quota instead of their qualification society is actually doing itself an injustice. Many times the appointments are to higher level educational positions, utilized incorrectly can be more harm to a student than helpful.

The fact of the matter is, a good majority of the people in this country are more concerned about being popular than doing what is right. They are fearful that if they do the right common-sensed thing they will be this slighted by the masses. My answer to that is WTFC!!!

I will compare choosing the wrong person for a job would be like having an unqualified self-defense-instructor teaching his students the incorrect techniques. They are doing them more harm than good.

If put into the right perspective Gay should be considered one of the most highly respected teachers in the country, yet because of her inadequacies feels it necessary to copy other people’s work, hence plagiarizing.

This incident is not her first rodeo. She has a very long history of using others material. If the upper crust at Harvard University would have vetted this lady long before they hired her, (could be they were aware of he history, but felt that the deception would slip by ) it would have saved them a boatload of embarrassment.
