Judge denies Marine vet Daniel Penny’s motion to dismiss case in subway chokehold death

A New York City judge denied Daniel Penny’s motion to dismiss the criminal case against the Marine veteran, who killed Jordan Neely with a chokehold on a subway last May.

In my opinion, it is more of a sin not to help someone than it is to stand by and watch a person get decimated by some fuckin thug.

I always like to ask stupid questions to see what kind of stupid fucking answers I get. What would happen if a cop had intervened, put a chokehold on this fucking thug, and he died; would the cop be brought up on criminal charges?? Same God damn thing folks.

It is time the judicial system in this country got their head out of their asses and start assessing their opinions on actual fact and not the progressive mentality that is destroying this country.

I don’t know who to judge in this case, but I would bet the son of a bitch is a demi-socialist. It should have been his mother that was being physically harassed by this the punk to see what kind of opinion he would have then.

Saving people’s lives and protecting people’s lives based on the circumstances is what the Marine Corps teaches their people. You can’t have it both ways folks.

I hope these fools that are prosecuting this marine will come to their senses and award him the keys to the city and present him the hero of the year award.

I want to bet, if Penny was asked if he would do the same thing over again, his response would be absolutely.

I give a standing ovation and a big Semper Fi to this Marine for his heroic actions.

As far as the judge in this case goes, he can kiss my ass at high noon on Times Square. Get a fuckin life judge; next time, it may be your old lady whose life is jepordy. Then you would pray to have a Marine or a good person around to come to her aid. Fuckin fool.

Can you tell this really pisses me off.  Penny is a hero not a villain.
