If people from every walk of life, every race, every religion, every social background would follow this man’s advice, it would be a much better and safer place for everyone to live.

In the context of Denzel Washington’s speech, there is no such thing as a free ride in life. If we want to be successful and lend a meaningful contribution to mankind, we must educate ourselves, work hard, be honest and respectful.

This speech should be mandatory for every young person to listen to; and for every parent or role model to talk the talk and walk the walk by setting the good example.
