When raising kids you have to teach them the true facts of life as they are so they are prepared for what’s coming down the path. The more you shelter and pamper them the less they are prepared to face this cruel world. Getting more cruel by the day.

You cannot be there holding their hand when they’re 50 years old. The more world wise and independent you make your kids better off there.

When you listen to some of the ridiculous statements that come out of these Broads on The View, it leads me to wonder how intelligent they are, or if they have any commopn-sense at all.
