If this was the first time I ever heard that Joe Biden deliver a speech, I would have to say he is one hell of a guy who is looking out for the citizens interest. The fact of the matter is, he has perfected his bullshitting to be so convincingly that he believes that himself.

I just hope that the American people a wise enough to evaluate the current deplorable situations we are experiencing and realize they are all Kamikaze Joe’s doings.
