Just another case of the abusive of power. Some of these political leaders think that the money in the government’s coffers is there for their personal enjoyment to do with this they seem fit.
Washington D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser distributed thousands of dollars to low-income moms with no strings attached as part of an “equitable economic recovery strategy” to offset the costs of childcare. In at least one case, the taxpayer dollars were used to fund a lavish trip to Miami.
The direct cash payments were part of a pilot program to determine whether the flush of cash could demonstrate “economic improvements among participants.” “Additional cash has allowed women to achieve further financial stability, financial security, food security, and health insurance coverage,” Bowser’s office had claimed.
To that I say; it is a bunch of bullshit. Give a person of fish and they eat for one day, give that same person a fishing rod and they will eat for life.
The imbiciles that run our government feel the only avenue to successe is doling out billions of dollars trying to keep the natives happy. That is not the answer. Education, responsibility, hard work and respect are the keys to the city.
Take a good look at many of the people on the social programs in the United States, they have become zombies, dancing to the tune of the demo/socialists that feels the only way to control population is by making them 100% dependent on the government
Although it seems to be more prevalent coming from the black politicians than the white ones. Why you AXE?? They can scream louder, they cry racism at every turn, they are rarely prosecuted because prosecuting a black politician or celeb is a very sensitive issue, especially if they are in the limelight. It is always the same old bullshit tune, they are always pointing the race finger at the other guy.
It’s called entitlement because they think they have it coming.
