Far too many big businesses in this world seemed to forget who got them where they are, that without the janitors, window washers, garbage collectors, ticket collectors, and the grunts in the organization, they would not be able to operate.

Like Disney, it is not bad enough that they’re making money hand over fist with their outrageous prices scalping the people, they don’t have the decency to pay their people a fair wage.

I go to one of the local restaurants for breakfast. They have a special before 9:00 AM that includes two eggs,  a plate full of home fries, toast, sausage, or bacon for 5.95$ – they grind you a little bit on the coffee, which is 2.50$ a cup, but it is all you can drink.

By looks of things, their business has increased substantially because of all the patrons shifting from McDonald’s down the street to their restaurant.

I have no problem with people making money but I do have a problem with them gouging the public.

I think all the average person wants from an eatery, a fair price, a clean place to eat, pleasant employees and good food. I don’t think anyone can argue with that.

As far as McDonald’s, Disneyland, and the other thieves out there, I hope they choke on their profits and people get smart enough to boycott them. If the customers continue to pay the big prices, they will keep grinding off in their butt.

Even our busted-out president made mention of how businesses are taking advantage of the average working man.

Are the big businesses ashamed of the huge profits they are making?? Absolutely not. Yet they don’t have the decency to pay their people a decent wage
