There is no doubt that Mike Tyson used to be the baddest man on the planet, but he has to come to the realization, in the boxing world he is an old man (58) and will have a very tough time keeping up with that young stud Jake Paul who is 31 years his junior.
If Jake fights a smart fight, he will try to stay away from Tyson, stick and move, and try to wear the old warrior down. 31 years is a hell of an age difference.
Strong legs, good wind, and endurance will play a key factor in the fight.
Money is a big factor in Tyson’s return to the ring. According to statistics, his current worth is about 110 million. In his heyday, he could blow 20 million in one good night out.
The fight just may be anoter con/hype to generate some $$$$.
In his career Mike accumulated approximately 905 million, most of which he squandered the shit out of. Putting him on the record books as one of the biggest money-makers and wealthiest figures in the sports world. It’s too bad he don’t know how to handle this wealth, and was surrounded by too many thieves who robbed and bamboozled him, people like Donald King.
If there ever was a hustler and a conman it is King.
Don King stomped a man to death 50 years ago on Cedar …

Sep 16, 2016 — It should come as no major surprise that King is working his charms on Cleveland City Council. He has a long history of seducing politicians …
If the senior fighter is going to have any chance at all of winning the fight, he will have to do his thing in the first few rounds if it lasts that long. All it would take for Mike to win is the famous left hook the old boy has. I don’t want to sell the Iron Man short because he can still deliver some solid punches. I think his hang-up is going to be endurance.
However, corruption/the fix in the boxing industry has been going on for centuries, so I would not discount anything. It would not surprise me if he promoters are alreadyt looking to set up a rematch.
My suggestion would be the contestants get paid based on their performance. If it is a guaranteed amount, the fight is much easier to fix.
It was just reported that Tyson is going to make open $20 million for the fight. if he wins or loses. 20 million would be enough reason enough for even me to get in the ring with him. I bet the promoters are going to make a killing on this one.
Although I like Tyson very much , if I was a betting man I would putting my money on the young stud.
Essentially Mike lived the straight and narrow life while he was under the tutelage and guidance of Cus D’Amato. When the old man died, Mike was surrounded by the biggest thieves in the boxing industry, they sucked up all his money like a dry sponge.
Cus D’Amato

Constantine “Cus” D’Amato (January 17, 1908 – November 4, 1985) was an American boxing manager and trainer who handled the careers of Mike Tyson, .
Although I would like to see Mike Tyson win the fight, we have to look at the reality of the situation, AGE FACTOR
Got to know when to hold and no one to fold Mike.
