Maybe I’m missing the boat, but I have always believed that the Supreme Court in the United States has the final say in making any political decisions.
The U.S. Supreme Court is the final arbiter of federal constitutional questions. Parties have the option to ask the highest state court to hear the case. Only certain cases are eligible for review by the U.S. Supreme Court.
My assumption is correct: but again Backdoor Joe told the Supreme Court justices to fuck-off. I can’t imagine that they would let him get away with this. Can anyone or anything put the brakers on this madman?
Only a fool cannot see that this entire charade with the students was put together for Biden to drum up votes for his up and coming reelection campaign.
