What the answer to these devastating activities by a bunch of gunslinging crazy fools?? EDUCATION and setting good examples. Shoot-outs seems to be just part of the daily routine of living in high-crime areas like the Windy City.
The only real solution is trying to bend the tree when it is young by educating our kids not to grow up to be animals but to learn to be responsible, respectable citizens.
It really is a shame that the parents are so irresponsible. If they all are nut cases, and piss poor role models, how can we expect them to raise their kids any differently.
