Even wealthy Americans are struggling to make ends meet

Ladies you don’t need three mink coats – fellows you don’t need 4 sports cars, one will do – kiddies, you don’t need to wear a $200.00 pair of Air Jordan tennis shoes, a pair of 29.95$ US Keds are just as good. Another plus to dressing modestly, you will not get your ass kicked by some gangbanger that wants your scarps. Tone it down!!

The family does not have to eat at Ruth Chris Steakhouse five times a week, start patronizing local establishments, mom-and-pop places that have a 5.95$ salad bar and the most expensive thing on the menu is 13.50$. Tone it down!!
I find it very difficult to have any compassion for someone who makes over 100,000 clams a year yet still has the crying towel out still claiming poverty. Tone it down!!
I would like to guess how many wannabees in this country have 2 brand new sports car, eat at the best restaurants, send their kids to the private schools, are members of a country club, yet the inside of the refrigerator and their bank accounts are as barren as the Sahara desert. GMAFB – Tone it down.
It feels so good not having to be in competition with other people. This is why the progressives and socialism are rapidly on the rise. None of the groupies wanna be chastised by their peers by living as an average normal human beings and being a part of their insanity.
People, people, it all comes out into the wash and sooner or later (sooner may be here already) the guillotine is gonna fall and chop off a lot of heads of the status seekers. Tone it down.

Listen to a very wise old sailor. Don’t get sucked into keeping up with the Jones. Tone it down!!
I’d rather have only a few 100$ in my pocket, living a modest life then staying awake at nights trying to figure out how to keep up with my neighbors. Tone it down!!
