A Haitian migrant charged with the rape of a 15-year-old girl at a Massachusetts hotel was released on $500 bail last week despite ongoing requests by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to transfer him to its custody.

I don’t want to put the evil eye on anyone, but I wonder how the magistrate would feel if the girl that was raped was one of his own?

This is one of the reasons why some illegals continue to commit the crimes, there are no consequences.

I will guarantee you, while this lowlife rapist is out on $500 bail he will be committing many more crimes. Why not he’s got a free ride.
