Where is it written in the law books that the perpetrators or criminals have more rights than the normal law-abiding citizen?? That seems to be the trend the country is taking.
According to the written policies of most police departments, deadly force should only be used when the person targeted is an immediate threat to human lives or possibly to prevent the escape of a felon after all means of arrest have failed.
The law makes it very difficult for the law abiding citizen to protector or defend themselves. It is a very thin line on how to interpret it. The thieving bastards know how the law reads, and they take full advantage of their immunity and protection.
So you like progressive socialized governments HUH?
At very least, if the law does not allow the property owner to kill a looter, only if their life is in danger, the government needes to prosecute these animals and get them off the streets, by arresting them and throwing them into the slams.
A misdemeanor looting conviction is a fine of up to $1,000 and six months to a year in county jail. A felony looting conviction is a fine of up to $10,000 and a prison sentence of 16 months, two, or three years.
Ladies and gentlemen; I have repeated this 1000 times and will keep repeating it. There is absolutely no way that any country could maintain order without enforcing the law.
When viewing what is occurring in this current lawlessness state of the United States because of the progressive, socialist mentality, it is almost like the authorities condone and encourage criminals and thugs to break the law. It is ass-a-9, ridiculous and does not make any common sense.
My comment is to the people in higher positions; WAKE THE FUCK UP IDIOTS before there is nothing left of the country.
If you approve of this type of behavior, I would suggest that you throw your front doors open and welcome these bastards tolive with you permanently. OHH, That doesn’t make any sense, well neither does your method of law enforcement.
We not only have foreign enemies to deal with, but our greatest threat may be living among us and the government are allowing it to happen.
