A court ordered prosecutors to explain why abuse evidence was barred from the brothers’ 1989 trial
OKKKK, maybe the old man did molest them, which I doubt:
1. What prevented them from just walking away at the time of the slaughter, or just beating the fuck out of the old man? They were both grown at the time, 18 and 21 respectively.
2. Why did they shoot gun their mother to death??? I am surprised they didn’t claim, she went down on them.
They were after the family’s ($$$$) jewels, cut and dry. They were not satisfied waiting until their parents crooked naturally, so they rushed the cadence and slaughtered them. Then went out to have a bite to eat.
If everyone who was sexually abused was OFFED, the population of on this planet would be a lot thinner.
This entire sham of a defense was contrived by their high-flying defense attorney, Leslie Hope Abramson. Although the defense was about as low as anyone could go, it was brilliant and planted the seed in the jury’s mind.
These two stone-cold, cold-blooded killers should never set foot outside the prison walls.
Only in the USA can slime like this become celebrated celebrities.
