What promise?

Obama: Election ‘make-or-break moment’ for America:

That maybe the first true statement made by Obama. “Make or break”. Looking back at OB’s track record it speaks for itself; it seems to me it would be the later.

I would like to know what OB is going to do any different than he has in the last 3 years and 3.5 months since he has been in office. Every time I hear him speak lately it sound exactly like a recording from 2008; nothing has changed. Correction, there have been changes, all for the worse. Look at the numbers.

The public debt has increased by over $500 billion each year since fiscal year (FY) 2003, with increases of $1 trillion in FY2008, $1.9 trillion in FY2009, and $1.7 trillion in FY2010.[3] As of March 1, 2012 the gross debt was $15.501 trillion, of which $10.756 trillion was held by the public and $4.745 trillion was intragovernmental holdings.[4] The annual gross domestic product (GDP) to the end of 2011 was $15.087 trillion (Jan 27, 2012 estimate),[5] with total public debt outstanding at a ratio of 102.7% of GDP. If counted using the total public debt outstanding over the annual GDP in chained 2005 dollars, the ratio reached 115% since Feb. 2012.[6]

It must be very nice to demand such respect and attention that people will pay $ 2,500.00 for a dinner in your honor. That is what happened last night in Chicago where OB had 600 of his supporters cough up big money for his campaign. Just this one buffet raised $ 1,500,000,000.00. Now that is power.

I don’t what they serve at those dinners because I have never attended one but that must be a hell of a lamb chop with three sided for $ 2,500,00. I wonder if that includes the tip. Most of those high rollers are some of the cheapest tippers on the planet.

These are all hand pick invitations. You can bet you burnt buns that there is  roll call taken at the door. The big time contributors are the people that are “rewarded” once the person gets into office. If you are invited and are a “no show” you are then put on the black list.

I don’t know what these massive masticators are looking at. It is one thing to support a person that has been very successful in their office but to contribute to a person that has been failure they do not deserve any support.

In essence; the people that support OB are telling the rest of the world that they highly approve of what he had done or hasn’t done in the last almost four years. There does not have to be a word spoken. Let his record speak for itself.

Five hundred billion each year deeper in debt? Is that a track record to be proud of?

The fact of the matter is; the people that attend OB’s fund raisers are not in the same tax bracket as the average American and don’t know what it is like to live in everyday America. OB made sure of that the way taxes are structured for the special few.

As I have said on previous blogs; if Obama had taken the bull by the horns and pulled America out of the dilemma it is in the way he promised; he wouldn’t have to worry about getting back into office. I guess that is why the Democratic party is spending upward of $ 1,000,000,000.00 for his re-election.

I don’t want to put 100% of the fault on OB. There are not 5% of the politicians in this country that truly have the interest of the American people at heart. It is almost impossible to believe anything anyone of them says.

Really; what does campaign promises mean? Just ask the ‘Little guy” with the funny hat.
