WASHINGTON (AP) — The Palestinians will receive $88.6 million in U.S. developmental aid, more than half the assistance that has been on hold for six months, after top Republicans who control the House of Representatives dropped their opposition.
I don’t know if it just me; does anyone else in the good old US of A see a problem with giving money away that we don’t have?
All foreign aid should be stopped going to any government anywhere on this planet until our country gets their books in order.
Based on the financial condition the USA is in, it flabbergasts me that these transactions have not been stopped. The only possibility for “give away money” should be for humanitarian purposes and I do not mean because one of the Duke of Hungary’s kid needs a new ride.
Doesn’t our government see the plight of some of the people in our country? Evidently not.
This does not make any sense.
