Obama pushing to diversify federal judiciary amid GOP delays:

In Florida, President Obama has nominated the first openly gay black man to sit on a federal district court. In New York, he has nominated the first Asian American lesbian. And his pick for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit? The first South Asian.

The real issue is; is Obama appointing these people because of their qualifications or because of what they represent and he is trying to stack the deck? I will take choice # 2.

Only a very gullible person wouldn’t believe that the people he has appointed to these offices are going to write policies and lean toward their convictions and not necessarily what is the correct things to do for all the citizens.

By the time he gets out of office in 2016 our government is going to resemble a Chinese fire-drill.

In my opinion both sides of the isle are playing a big game of “get back” and not focusing on what is the right thing for the American people. The more name calling and innuendos that are slung out there the more temperamental they are going to get; just like a couple of 5 year old kids.

Hopefully; one of these days our leaders will grow up and do what they are paid for; represent the American people fairly and impartially but I don’t think so.
