By his own admission, this wacked out celeb has had unprotected sex with many women knowing that he was HIV positive. To me that should be considered a criminal offense.

Criminal convictions for exposing another person to HIV through sex are rare. Since the beginning of the AIDS epidemic, more than 300 people have been criminally prosecuted for exposing another person to HIV. Only a fraction of these cases involve exposure through consensual sex.
A person does not have to be a psychology major to see that there is something mentally wrong with this guy. He certainly does not have both oars in the water.
Having sex unprotected sex with someone is tantamount to giving them a death sentence.
I guess when people mix booze, drugs and whatever else they can shove on the body cavities, commonsense and good judgement are thrown out the window.
I am sure Chuck has his ambulance chasers all lined up to make sure he gets a fair shake.
