Here is a hell of a negative role-model for all of the the citizens of Jackson, Mississippi and the rest of the country.
I wonder if this dude can be charges with any crime, like inciting civil disorder? Based on who he is and where he is, I doubt very much of any disciplinary actions will be taken against him. If he was white, would the same rules apply????
This professional instigator Kenneth Stokes is a councilman in Jackson. He is sending a message to police from other jurisdictions who chase misdemeanor suspects through Jackson that he does not want them in his community.
Is this statement of his going to encourage the people in his community and around the country to throw rocks and bottles at cops who are trying to do their job? I would say so. First rocks – than bottles -the bullets.
Many of these people are volcanoes waiting to explode and this dude is pouring gasoline on the fire with his outrageous encouragements. This is what I consider an blatant act calling for civil disorder that IS a punishable crime.
Under federal law, a riot is a public disturbance involving an act of violence by one or more persons assembled in a group of at least three people. Inciting a riot applies to a person who organizes, encourages, or participates in a riot. It can apply to one who urges or instigates others to riot. According to 18 USCS § 2102 “to incite a riot”, or “to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot”, includes, but is not limited to, urging or instigating other persons to riot, but shall not be deemed to mean the mere oral or written (1) advocacy of ideas or (2) expression of belief, not involving advocacy of any act or acts of violence or assertion of the rightness of, or the right to commit, any such act or acts.”
I would say that defines Stokes’s actions to a “T”.
I have no idea what is between the ears of people like Stokes. If we think that conditions are out of control in the USA as they are now, just try to imagine how bad they would be with out cops to keep a lid on things.

It’s not race, because I know some black conservatives that would really scare the daylights out of the liberal blacks. The black conservatives are hard workers and care about many things. They give no excuses and will accept no excuses in return. Most, are veterans and highly motivated and well diciplined. The ones that I know are also church goers. Look at the people making problems, undisciplined, motivated improperly (welfare as a generational right or anything for free). They look to create, problems, rather than build their communities with integrity. They are still, slaves. No free person would behave that way, and many whites also, are slaves to a corrupted system of education as professional students, rather than going into the real world, on their own.
It’s not skin color. It’s a lack, of character.
