California high school student’s grade lowered for sitting during Pledge of Allegiance
The Lower Lake High School teacher docked points off of some stupid little broad named Leilani Thomas grades for not standing during the National Anthem.
“She told me I was being disrespectful and I was pretty mad,” Thomas, who is Native American, told the station. “She was being disrespectful to me also, saying I was making bad choices, and I don’t have the choice to sit during the pledge.”
This disrespect thing to our country has taken the course that I expected; a nose dive into stupidity where the blind are leading the blind. It will only get worse if stronger actions are not taken to correct it.
Lowering some of these knuckle heads scores in school is not a strong enough message. These dummies could care less about grades, as we can see in the literacy rate in this country. These un-patriotic fools have to be expelled from school and kept out until they conform into being a respectful citizen.
I can just imagine what my old man would have done to me if ever showed that disrespect to our country. I would have been better off in jail so he could not get to me.
If there are laws on the books that prevent that action, make new laws or change them.
It is not yet an epidemic yet but it soon will be. I almost would rather see these idiots burn down their own houses in protest instead of disrespecting our country. That is right; only imbeciles burn down their own neighborhoods.
They always have the option to leave the USA for what they think will be greener pastures. As bad as they claim they have it, I don’t see many, if any people boarding planes or boats for North Korea or China.
They don’t want to deal with the Kid-Dick-Tator that kills people for falling asleep at a meeting, let alone disrespecting his country.
It is time for ALL sporting teams, pro and amateur to change their policies on how to deal with these incidents. If nothing else, play the anthem before the team comes out on the field so these traitors don’t have the opportunity to display their disrespect/ignorance on camera. No camera no performance. Use the brilliant/patriotic soccer coaches example.
This was such a simple solution on how to shut down the protesters grandstanding but it hasn’t caught on. Is it possible that some of the team s coaches and owners approve of what the idiots are doing?
