Canadian man who beheaded bus passenger granted total freedom

WINNIPEG, Manitoba –  A Canadian man who was found not criminally responsible for beheading and cannibalizing a fellow passenger on a Greyhound bus has been granted his freedom.

Manitoba’s Criminal Code Review Board announced Friday it has given Will Baker, formerly known as Vince Li, an absolute discharge, meaning he is longer subject to monitoring.

There is an old saying that comes to mind about the Candian government when I read ridiculous news like this.  They are too good for their own good. One other word comes to mind,  stupidity.

In a written decision, the review board said it “is of the opinion that the weight of evidence does not substantiate that Mr. Baker poses a significant threat to the safety of the public.”  Wanna bet?

I will almost guarantee that the Canadian people or the world have not heard the last from the mentally ill killer. People like this butcher are too deranged to ever be rehabilitated.

If in fact, existing Canadian laws demand the release of a person like this, I would recommend to our Canadian cousins change the ridiculous law. Hello folks; that is why God made erasers.

The authorities that released this slasher say; as long as he is on medication, he will not be a threat to society. OK, what happens when he quits taking his meds??

It is all well and good to be a loving, compassionate society or a bleeding heart but at some point, I would think common sense would prevail, but I guess not.

We have not heard the last from this deranged, very sick person.

If there is one chance in ten billion that this sick puppy would go back to his old tricks, he should have never been released.

I wonder which of the authorities will take the rap when The Ripper strikes again?

I have had a very strong feeling for years that this type of bleeding heart mentality has been drifting south and a pretty good pace.

We don’t have any problem putting to sleep a rabid, sick dog that attacks someone. Well??
