White cops on horseback led a black man by rope in Texas. Their police chief apologized

Most of the time, I try to be as delicate with my adjectives as possible, not to offend someone. Sometime, I have no other choice to call it like I see it.

A Texas police chief says two white officers on horseback used “poor judgement” when they led a black man by rope to a mounted patrol staging area on Saturday, an incident that prompted viral outrage on social media as photos circulated.

NO SHIT!!!! Poor judgement doesn’t even begin to describe this spectacle.

Galveston Police Department’s police chief Vernon L. Hale, III said in an apology that the department has changed their policy on the technique — which is sometimes used for crowd control — after the arrest of Donald Neely, 43.

With all of the bigotry and racism going on in this country; these nit-wit cops tie a black man up with a rope and parades him through the streets. There is no words to explain the cops ignorance. They are two dumb-son-a-bitches!!!

I don’t care who their daddy is, they should be fired immediately. They tell us ignorance of the law is no excuse, neither is ignorance of a man’s dignity.
