This gun-happy fool is a prime candidate for what I have been pushing for, detention for observation. He should be locked up and psycho analyzed to see if he is safe to roam around in society. BUTT what does the sympathetic judge do, releases him on 5 Grand bail.

A Florida man reportedly upset over late-arriving furniture allegedly pulled a gun on the delivery crew, telling them “I’ve shot people for less.”

Mitchell Helton, 55, pointed a gun at the men as they unloaded the furniture at his house in Bradenton on Saturday, the Bradenton Herald reported Tuesday, citing a police report.

Gun-Happy-Helton is clearly sick in the head. I would say that this fool is a potentially danger to society and can go on a shooting rampage. If he threatened furniture delivery men for being late, someday he may get pissed off at his neighbors and shoot them all for playing music too loud.

In this case the laws are there to protect the public, BUTT the judge let the guy roam freely.
