It is not hard to see that animalistic behavior comes out in these rebellious thugs. Where the fuck are the parents? Do they have the same mentality as their kids? Is this how these kids were raised, or is it that they just want to be accepted by their peers and joing the the mayhem?
99% of the time, it all begins at home. No supervision, one-parent families, horrible role models, parents who are as bad as their kids are, and the judicial system that does not impose severe enough penalties. That about sums it up.
I posted this last week. This is what the country needs more of, concerned parents.
