The chief should be lamenting over the fact that their POOR decision-making in Portland as well as all the other Sanctuary cities around the country, has allowed this type of lawlessness to exist.
When crimes are nipped in the bud, there’s a possibility of controlling them. If they are left unattended, with no consequences, they spiral out of control.
What the chief should be crying for is what kind of monsters they allowed to develop.
These riots are just the tip of the ice pick as to what this country is in for. From what I can determine, there is no end in sight to the Civil unrest.
