No help from the doctors selling their snake oil remedies. I had to come up with my own solution, and it is a doozy.

Reading some of these side effects from the medication advertised, I have to wonder what is the lesser of two evils, the medication or dying?
RECIPE
4 oz of water in a microwave safe cup or glass.
Four ounces of liquid prunes juice – Amazon is a good brand.
Four dried, pitless. prunes (chew the prunes – wash them down with the mix)
1.5 caps full of Miralax (Polyethlene), same thing – when purchasing, Miralax is about five to seven dollars more than Polyethylene. I get mine from the VA.
Mix them together and place the concoction in a microwave. Set the cooking time temperature for 1 minute and 45 seconds on high. Should be at least as hot as a cup of coffee Drink the concoction as warm as you can stand it. Do not burn yourself.
WARNING: Do not wander too far from the house or the nearest restaurant facilities. Depending on the person, it usually takes 1 to 2 hours if not sooner, to take effect.
I am not making a claim that this is a miracle drug for everyone.
