In my opinion at times law enforcement has really gone overboard with their ruse trying to get a confession out of a person who’s been accused of a crime.
But at the same time, two completely disallow some sort of deception on the police’s part to get a legitimate arrest should not become part of the system.
Regardless of what type of system is in place to deal with law and order, there are going to be some flaws in the ground rules.
I would think if the cops have to bend the rules slightly in order to get a legitimate arrest without totally exaggerating the situation, so be it.
Just like everything else in life; there is a fine line between good and evil, legal and illegal, right from wrong. But to impose extreme conditions and law enforcement where they cannot perform their jobs properly should be totally unacceptable.
In the last couple of years due to the mentality of the extreme progressive fools in this country, we have seen law enforcement go down the tubes to the point where the criminal can get away with just about anything without Repercussions or accountability. If this downward spiral continues it won’t be too long before our civilization will resemble the lawlessness in the Wild West.
Don’t complicate the legal system by putting bigger handcuffs on cops. If it were possible for both sides to come together with reasonable solutions, cooperation is the key to success.
Walk in the shoes of a cop for a couple of months to see what kind of abuse they have to put up with. Instead of the system trying to work with them, they’re always trying to work against them. Take the handcuffs off of the good cops; shit can the rest of the bad apples. There is no way any civilized country can work without law enforcement. Don’t make their job more difficult, it should be a matter of give and take.
Scenes like this is what the country needs more of.
Let’s face it folks we all have the same blood running through our veins. As impossible as it seems, going back thousands of years, all mankind is related in some way shape, or form.
