In June, only 38 percent of U.S. adults said they were “extremely proud” to be American, according to a Gallup poll.

To put this in the proper perspective and not to be understood, I have the most profound admiration for the office of the president of the United States but cannot stand the scumbag occupying the BIG CHAIR.

In retrospect, I can understand why some American citizens have such disdain for the government. If we look back on the history of the United States and some of the illegal maneuvers they have pulled through the years, I will contend that there is not very much to be proud of.

If he had these opinions of Trump, why is it that he consented to being the vice president serving under Trump.

I saw it from the very beginning that Pence was deathly afraid of Trump and was highly intimidated by him. He acted like a little mouse when he was in Trumps’ presents. If he had those feelings about Trump why did he consent to serve with him?? Only for the prestige of holding the office of vice president.

One of the primary reasons Trump selected Pence as his vice president, he is a person that can easily be controlled, like a puppet on a string.

That still does not give Pence the excuse for throwing Trump under the bus. If he was such a patriot and was so concerned about the welfare of the country, why was he a clamshell for four years and being is quiet as a church mouse?? No backbone.

Our country needs someone sitting in THE BIG CHAIR that has a giant set of nuts, not worrying about public opinion if they are doing the right thing, having the backbone to stick up for the country and demonstrate what real patriotism is all about. Not a coward like Pence that will only throw stones when they are a safe distance away from repercussions. This may be one of the reasons that Pence is so far down on the polls. He is not a very likable person regardless of what side of the fence you’re on.

Once the plane landed, the flight attendants offered the woman and her daughter 5,000 free airline miles and an apology.  To me that would be an insult.

What should be the airlines first consideration; passenger safety or selling booze to a drunk?? Obviously to most airlines, it is selling booze to a drunk at 8 to $12 a pop.

The lady and her young daughter that was molested by a drunk on a United Airlines flight are suing the airline for $2 million because as drunk as the passenger was they kept serving in booze. According to reports he had 10 airline size bottles of vodka and one glass of wine. I would think that there is enough to get anyone hammered.

As far as I am concerned that meager offering of airline miles was too little too late. The lady is suing for $2 million, I say award her 10 million.

Just like all of these sporting venues where drunks and attacks have become very commonplace, the owners put profit before safety. They refused to quit selling booze at their events just for the sake of the buck. If they had the health and welfare of their patrons at heart they would quit selling their fire water.

Those tiny bottles of booze are big profits for airlines, which are raking in the dough from selling those single-serve bottles of liquor and wine during flights. Profits from in-flight sales of booze was more than $43 million in a four-month period in 2014.

With the cost of living going up the way it has I would not be surprised if this number is doubled by now.

This is exactly what Defunding or dispanding the police forces brings.

My hope is that the lawmakers themselves who passed these outrageous laws somehow become victims of the monsters they created.
