I don’t know how many of you have noticed, but it seems that the stealing/ thieving at the gas pumps has become more and more common.
I get some of my gas at a COSTCO. They are always 20 to $0.30 a gallon cheaper. Here’s the kicker; every time I engage the gas pump by compressing the handle, gas does not come out of the hose until the pump reads at least .40 cents. It is not only Costco that is running this scam, most of the gas stations out there operate the same way. It is not bad enough they are taking our eyeballs out with their gas prices, they are cheating us on the gallons they dispense. I have brought this to the attention of the attendant many times but I am speaking to deaf ears.
Next time you get gas, pay attention to the dials on the gas pump and the sound of the gas coming out of the hose. I can almost guarantee you that they are beating you by at least .20 to $0.30.
In a nutshell; THE ALL OF THE ARE F-IN THIEVES regardless of where you shop, eat or transact any business.

This morning I received an email from a friend of mine R D. I thought I would pass on my sentiments too all of the faithful patriotic readers of the Goomba Gazette.
My friend’s email was quite extensive; the purpose behind it was to emphasize patriotism and or the lack of it. These are my comments and observations.
Unfortunately patriotism in the United States has done everything but disappeared completely.
I would hate to see the traffic jam at the Canadian and Mexican borders would look like if the draft was ever resurrected.
In part I blame the government. It should have been mandatory for men and women alike to serve at least two years in the military. That in itself would fortify our patriotism and instill some much needed discipline in these out of control kids.
Let’s be realistic/honest; I don’t know what other people’s observations are, but from what I can determine the progressives, far lefters, socialists, are getting into the young people’s heads by brainwashing and turning them against the government. When the kids are completely brainwashed and led around like bull with a ring through his nose, that is when the scumbags will have achieve their goal of complete control.
Next I blame the families. I have always maintained, if your parents are ugly, you will be too. When we live with dogs we always catch fleas. When we live with a cripple, we eventually started limping.
You get the picture. If good foundation and examples are not set at home; that is 3/4 of a battle lost. Kids always learn by emulating the people they admire. There sure are some piss poor role models out there, starting at the very top.
Las Vegas would have not even taken this bet that these two stumblebums would some day become the president and the first lady of the United States and some of the worst role models any kid could have.

There are reports some cops were lingering the hallway of the school, not responding while students continually called 911 that the shooters was in the classroom.
Is being a good cop a dangerous/difficult/thankless/unappreciated occupation?? Absolutely yes, but when the bell rings they have to be ready to launch the action immediately.
Were some of them afraid to make a move, fearing for their life?? Possibly yes and who can blame them. But putting their life on the line is what they signed up for. They MUST respond in a timely and responsible manner were ever millisecond can be critical in the outcome in the number of lives saved or lost.
All of the apologies in the world by the authorities do not bring the kids back. It is going to be the same old story; no one will be held accountable and we have not seen the end or the last of these deadly incidents. I would just hope in the future the people in blue meet the challenges more aggressively and do their job more proficiently. It is and will be a matter of life and death.
On the other side of the coin; the powers to be, the fools that write some of the ridiculous laws that put restrictions on the cops doing their job properly, should be more supportive so the cops can do their job in a diligent manner.
It is a two way street. We cannot demand that the cops do a better job if they are handcuffed with their hands behind their back and thrown into the ocean expected the swim. It is a very difficult and demanding job and they need all the support they can get.
I will always contend that laws have to be changed in order for potentially deranged, dangerous people be apprehended; either evaluated or locked up permanently if they are found to be mentally incompetent. It is called PROACTIVE. Attack the dangerous situation before it attacks you.
Unfortunately, it is not always the good guys are the strongest and come out the winners – in many situations villains are the victors.
In a combat situation it is always necessary, as we say (balls to the walls). In this brutal out of control world we live in, it is a fact of life that our opposition, domestic or foreign must be dealt with in a manner and language they understand.
One of the major problems this country is facing is the lack of patriotism or should I say the absence of it. In the last couple of complete generations this country has turned as soft as whipped cream on a 90 degree day. I’d like to call them the Panty-boy generations or even cowards would also be appropriate.
Anyone that is not willing to serve their country, (it does not have to be in a combat situation) should have their passport taken away and exiled to deserted island. Why should they be allowed to sit at the metaphorical buffet table of life and gorge themselves when they are not willing to kick in part of the bill??
I hope I’m wrong, but in my opinion, not too far down the road, the USA is in for a rude awakening because of the above mentioned and their pacifist, weak and discipline, pathetic mentality.

I cannot help but wonder how many schools had activities since this horrible shooting that did not have police protection the very next day at every entrance and exit?? It is all bullshit lip service with our politicians and lawmakers.
They are just like the officials that are assigned to make sure our infrastructure is safe. They never take action until there is a catastrophe like a bridge collapsing; and maybe, they do not take any action for weeks or months, if they ever do. Worthless!!!
Their first course of action is always to appoint a Czar – make first class air reservations for 1000 people, set up a two week conference at The Four Seasons hotel and eventually come away with less then they came with.
How many disasters have occurred in our country, either natural or man-made that have never been resolved because of the incompetence of our leaders?? Just a lot of lip service, billions spent and meetings and research that never go anywhere.
I went to a concert at school last night my grandsons school last night where about 1000 people attended. Sure as shit, there was NOT EVEN ONE COP on site, let alone at any entrance or exit. What would it have taken for some madman to charge the auditorium with an AKA 47 and kill about 400 or 500 people??
Whenever I attend any function like that, I always sit in the back next to the entrance, with my TWO LITTLE friends in my pocket, locked and loaded. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Am I a paranoid person??? F-no, just the Jarhead that looks at the world in a realistic manner.
I will guarantee, still to this very moment, there are very few authorities setting into action a proactive game plans to eliminate any future calamities.
I have been doing posts going back all the way to 2012 about placing well trained armed security at every doorway at every school the entire country. It all falls on deaf ears.
Following this suggestion would create thousands of jobs for ex military or retired law enforcement; and most importantly it would make the safety of our kids much more secure.
Some fools are going to ask if it is worth all of the expense?? We piss away billions of dollars on other countries to protect them, at the same time we will not protect their own kids. Ask the relatives of the slain kids if it would be worth the price.
