Only partial solution to prevention to single shooters crime sprees, is constant vigilance by the public to prevent the crime before it happens. Crimes must be reported before they actually occur. There again, I stress, if law and order were allowed to do their jobs properly.

With the laws some of these progressive cities have implemented that will not allow criminals to pay the price for breaking the law, it is extremely difficult to arrest someone after the crime was committed, let alone before.

Gun control or the abandonment of legal guns is not the answer to eliminating these crimes. There have been many crimes that have been prevented by a person that is licensed to carry. Getting to the real source of criminal activity is when policemen are not allowed to perform their job in the proper manner, is just about an impossibility.
