BALTIMORE, Md. – The Maryland Mega-nut who insists she won a record Mega Millions jackpot now says she lost the winning ticket — but is not breaking a sweat looking for it.
“I have no idea where it is. I’m not sure I have it,” Mirlande Wilson said in her latest tortured explanation of the mystery ticket’s fate.

Elecia Battle (appropriately named), another lady who claimed she lost the winning lottery ticket was a loser two ways. First when she did time in jail for the bold-faced lie she told about winning the lottery and then her own father stabbed her with a knife after the pair got into an argument. That is one rough family.
When Elecia lied about her winning lottery she said she lost the ticket near a convenient store in South Euclid. That set off a gigantic search by hundreds of people; the likes of when the Lindbergh baby was kidnapped.
Not only did the lottery loser get time for her tall tale; she also had to pay the City of South Euclid for all of the police work as a resulted of her tall fabrication.
If I were Mirlande Wilson the “pretend winner” from Baltimore I would come clean as soon as possible to try and stay out of an unpaid vacation to the cross bar hotel.
