Former HS player free after sodomizing disabled teammate

The only just punishment for this piece of WHITE TRASH THUG is for him to be bent over grabbing his ankles and have done to him what he did the disable black kid.

John R.K. Howard was the ringleader of a group of other white thugs that perpetrated a horrific sexual assault on a mentally disabled black teen.  To avoid jail time and escape classification as a sex offender this thug pleaded guilty to a lesser charge. Absolute nonsense.

What a  .  This thug and the rest of his thug crew absolutely should be sent away for a long time.

The attack occurred on Oct. 23, 2015, when Howard and Tanner Ward, along with a third juvenile student, pretended to offer the victim a hug, then held him down and sodomized him with a coat hanger. KTVB reports “a third attacker then kicked the coat hanger several times, forcing it farther into the victim’s body and causing rectal injuries that required treatment at a hospital.”

I have stated many times. The penalties for all crimes should be federally established and strictly adhered to. A crime in Alaska should have the same penalty as the same crime in California.  All judges should be bound by law to enforce these parameters.

I wonder if there were any soldi changed hands between the ruling authority and the ambulance chaser for the thug?  It would not surprise me at all.  How can any competent official of the law hand down a pathetic decision such as this?  The judge should be shitcanned immediately.

As we can see; THUGS come in all shapes, sizes, races and walks of life. If they look like a THUG – behave like a THUG, they must be a THUG.

It is a real shame that in many cases, there is no justice for the victims or their families.
