I guess some foolish permissive parents will never wake up. They are too busy all of their selfish life trying to be part of the jet set, $taying relevant and never have time to discipline their kids properly.
They think spoiling the shit out of their brats and giving them everything they want is the right road to go down to develop a solid citizen. Absolutely not!!!

Both kids come from very wealthy families whose parents are divorced and it seems too busy with their private lives to make sure their kids walk a straight line.
The Couch story is nothing short of absurd. At 16 years old his parents bought him his own little mansion where he lived by himself, partying his little ass off, with unlimited amounts of booze, drugs and unlimited finances to keep his lifestyle going.
The following are events that occurred after he killed the four people.

You see the poster boy for a dysfunctional family?? I guess he is.
There was absolutely nothing wrong it’s being very successful and indulging your kids, but in situations like this where they go unsupervised, many times there are tragic endings their story.
Like our (so-called) president of the United States, these wealthy people continually bought their kids out of one jackpot after another.
Look where it has got him.

They can try and bullshit their way out of everything else, but here, in all of their arrogance they put in black and white. How can they possibly lie out of this one.

As we can see from these very sad stories, over-indulging and poorly supervised kids many times go down the wrong road and ending tragedy.

I never heard of anyone dying from getting their ass paddled. It is not necessary to inflict permanent damage to a kid, just open up his eyes to let him know there are consequences for his actions.

Bend the tree when it’s young or else the end result will be a crooked monstrosity that cannot be straightened out the older it gets.
I will give you a fact of life, when the kids get older and come to the realization your discipline was for their own benefit, they will love you for it.
Many parents try to go down the road of being popular and being liked by their kids. First you’re a parent and a disciplinarian, next comes the friendship. If # 1 one doesn’t work, who needs # 2.
For my money, a person who was brought up in the early 1940s, I would rather my kid respect me than like me.
There’s some things I’ll never forget especially my experience in Marine Corps boot camp in 1958.
If the masters of disaster (DI’s) ever detected a weakness in a person, they hooked on to it and did not stop the harassment trying to break that person down.
It was their duty to train a person to be a Marine inside and out. There were many incidents where recruits could not take the harassment and wound up getting exactly what they wanted, a medical discharge.
Our platoon 2028 started out with about 80 people, by the time graduation came around there were only 64 left. We would wake up some morning and find an empty rack, but nobody ever questioned why or where recruit was. He disappeared like Houdini.
There was one kid that was deathly afraid of the DI Staff Sergeant Merril. One particular day Sergeant Merrill got into this kid’s face nose to nose and toes the toes and began screaming at the top of his lungs, ” boy do you like me boy” – the kid was petrified, while he was standing at attention and his knees were knocking so loud we could hear them. He knew either way if, he said yes or no he was screwed so he took a chance on saying yes. Continuing to scream Sergeant Merrill yelled, “ boy, likin is lovin and lovin is fuckin and you ain’t fuckin me boy”. That is the Marine Corps interpretation between liking and loving. The kid became so frustrated he pissed right in his pants which only made the situation much worse with the relentless harassment until he finally could not handle it anymore and begged for a medical discharge.

The moral story is, I would much rather have somebody respect me then like me. This is the ultimate goal for the Marine Corps in boot camp as to their indoctrination and training of the recruits.
I will tell you under no certain terms that I detest Sergeant Merrill and the hell that he put me through for 16 weeks. It is all depicted in the book that I wrote “SIR YES SIR”. Thinking back in retrospect, I thank the man for what he did to me and for me. Without his discipline and the discipline I received from my old man I would not be who I am today.
Would I trade places with either one of these spoiled brats mentioned above?? Not on your life.

GET DOWN AND GIVE ME 50 MAGGOT

From what I’ve seen on reality tv shows, Malibu or Beverly Hills parents buy their children a BMW the minute they turn 16. It’s a recipe for disaster, but they don’t seem to realize it. They also buy them expensive condos and furnish them when they move out. It’s disgusting as they deprive them of learning to buy something with their own hard-earned money.
