# 1 is discipline; to set up a reasonable schedule/routine and stick with it. Have your workout become part of your everyday activities. The rewards are unimaginable, especially as a person gets older.
To start with; not many of the New Year’s resolutions (getting into shape is #1) last about as long as a popsicle does sitting on the rim of Mt Vesuvius.
It is not necessary to have all of these pieces of equipment to have a good workout and get good results. All you need is a jump rope, the floor, chin up bar, and a lot of determination to stick with it.
Pushups ups, crunches, pull-ups and the jump rope are all any person needs for a phenomenal workout. As you get into shape, start adding more reps and sets.
Jumping rope is on top of the workout list for getting results: get a good jump rope made with leather rope.
Jumping rope as one of the, if not the most cardio and physically demanding exercise there is. If you can get up 5 minutes nonstop, you are doing great.
If someone is so inclined and has the facilities to hang a heavy bag or they can buy a floor model, along with jumping rope, hitting the bag has to be one of the most exhausting exercises.
If you are inclined to work out on a heavy bag, before attempting to beat the hell out of it, get instructions from a professional as to how to hold your hands in support your wrists as to avoid injury.
Beside being beneficial to a person’s health, exercise, specially hitting the heavy bag is a very therapeutic for stress relief. If you are so inclined to use it, focus on the bag and pretend it is someone that really pissed you off. Take your hostility’s out on the bag instead of your nemesis. You can’t go to jail for beating the shit out of a bag. You will be surprised at the results.
Let’s be realistic and honest with yourself folks; it probably took you half of your life or more to get as fat, sloppy and out of condition as you are, but you expect to see miraculous transformations in two or three days. That’s not how it works.
It takes a lot of determination, self control and stick to stick-to-itiveness to achieve any amount of success. One of the biggest factors that people fall prey to; if they do not see any type of improvement after one week, they get discouraged and throw in the towel.
Develop good clean living habits with a great deal of self control. Don’t go into a pizzeria; order the Super size pizza with everything on it and a Diet Coke to wash it down, that is only counterproductive. .
Stay away from the fast foods there are detrimental to your health – limit yourself to your alcohol intake and by all means drugs are taboo. We only go around once in life so we want to make the best of it. By sticking to a healthy regiment you may influence some of the people around you.
In my opinion, an eating disorder is probably one of the hardest addiction to kick. Drinking excessively is stupid, using dope is illegal, but food is constantly available, easy to access, and the TV commercials are constantly badgering/bombarding us with deals and specials.
I have never seen junk food as cheap as it is now. A pizza used the cost 15 to $18 with everything on it, now it is under 10; while some of Pizzeria give you free Donuts to further tempt us weaklings. The temptation is staggering. It takes a very strong and disciplined person to use their self-control.
Crash diets and starvation are not the answers. A person can virtually eat anything they want in moderation, as long as they do not overindulge and maintain a good regiment of exercise.
Is it hard to do?? You bet your sweet ass it is, but the payoff and the rewards our immeasurable. If you succeed; you would have conquered the junk food beast, be in control of your life and very proud of yourself for doing so. In the mean time, you can serve as an example to the people around you,
With what is out there, the temptation is overwhelming. One of the biggest factors why people fail to stay in good physical condition, is junk food. The junk food industry is literally killing half of the world, while Charlie Chan and his crew, with all of their monstrous potions are trying to kill the other half. Between Charlie and the junk food, only the strong will survive.
Don’t try to kill yourself right out of the box. You have to start easy, increase your reps and sets as your core develops develops. As you progress, you will be able to build up your endurance, achieve longer workouts. 30 minutes a day at least 4 – 5 times a week is a very good regimen to maintain. It is not necessary to feel completely exhausted when your workout is completed, just enough to get your heart rate going and work up a good sweat.

How can any person demand mandates, if in their opinion they do not have a resolution for the problem.
Instead of the federal government being involved from the inception of this disaster, it may have been of better choice for every state to handle their situation accordingly. Every state has a different climate and different conditions that may attribute to the spread of COVID. To put a blanket statement out there or order is not an effective way to deal with this monster. The way to address the situation is; Alaska conditions are a lot different than in California. They should be able to act accordingly.
The real issue with these paper politicians, if their recommendations turn out in a positive manner, all of a sudden they become heroes. If their recommendations turn sour, and do not come out as expected; they all run for cover and will never admit they were wrong.
If K J does not have any resolution to the problem as he admits; from this day forward he should bow out and let each state handled their own medical remedies.

All of a sudden, out of the blue, the no longer smiling Car-mella Chessy Cat sees a kind of urgency in the areas she has been neglect since she rode into he Casa Bianca on K J’s coat tails.

When it is just the other party bad mouthing, it can be construed as deliberate political backstabbing. When it is coming from the same party, there must be some legitimacy to it.
Let us do a wait see as to how long it takes Carm to fall back on her old tricks. People like her don’t change, they only struck with a momentary case of reformation.

It is no wonder these incompetents spend millions of dollars to get their foot into the door of the political world. Once they are in there, it is duck soup for the rest of their life. They have no regard for the people they are supposed to represent or how to do their job honestly. How is it possible any person can perform their job to the highest efficiency when they get 239 days a year off. Is there ungodly or what?? WTF show up at all???
First, the clause requires that pay be “ascertained by Law.” This means Congress must set its own pay. It also means that either the House or Senate could not change its salary via a simple resolution, which does not go to either the other chamber or the President for approval. Nor could the two chambers together adopt a concurrent resolution, which does not go to the President for a signature. A change in salary must be done via a bill or joint resolution, both of which are presented to the President for a signature. Thus, the President could veto a bill changing Members’ salaries if he thought it inappropriate. Congress’ ability to raise (or lower) its own salary is circumscribed by the checks and balances of the normal legislative process.
For all intents and purposes they write their own ticket but it has to be approved by the president; who by the way is just another politician that invariably will take care of his own and approve whatever they recommend. They do not want to rock the boat.

What is the answer to our future?? It is a coin toss as to what the future holds in store for the entire world. I think so much depends on all the super-powers to be willing to compromise and cooperate with one another. Based on past experiences, to me the future is very bleak.

If they are that ignorant to think they are gonna beat this monster they are totally off base.
The cancellation of airline flights is glimpse at the tip of the iceberg; just a very small disruption as to what is going to come. As we all know, when we look at an iceberg, all we see is a tip; the major portion of the iceberg is about 99% under the water. But is a very significant portion of the iceberg.
That being said; what we are witnessing now is nothing as to what we can expect if all of the naysayers don’t give online. This monster is going to continue to grow and grow if left unattended, grow to apocalypse size that mankind has never seen. Best part of it; it is totally containable if everyone pulls in the same direction.
These are very selfish people that are more pissed of that they’re gonna miss the Christmas ham then if because of their stupidity are assisting to infecting the population of the earth.
Another part of my previous post: It is NOT beyond the realm of possibility that this could very well be THE BIG ONE, that alone will demonstrate just how powerful Mother Nature could be.

Can we even imagine with all of this turmoil in the world connected with COVID; if everyone played by the rules from the beginning by wearing their mask and getting their shots, it would nothing but a blur in our rear view mirrors. Forget about the government mandates, (I hate them more than you do) forget about the pharmaceutical companies, forget about the scientists, forget about everything but protecting you your family and the rest of mankind. I used to tell my martial art students; one of the reasons we study the martial arts is; just in case we need it we have it and hope we never have to use it.
I am not 100% sure if getting all three of the shots is going to protect us from dying. I would like to play the odds and hope by getting the the fearsome threesome we are somewhat protected.
Like the insurance policy, we want to have it just in case we need it and hope we never have to use it
