Scott Peterson appeals death sentence to California Supreme Court

SAN FRANCISCO – Scott Peterson put the crying towel out this week and is requesting a review of his death sentence.

As we all remember this low level piece of blob killed his wife and unborn baby boy and he was sentenced in 2004 death.

I know how to get that smirk off of his face. Strike three.

Just like any other sociopath, Peterson always maintained that he had nothing to do with the murders of his wife Laci and unborn son Conner. What a beautiful lady she was.

To think that he killed them for another women is unconscionable.  I know; his row boat didn’t have remnants of concrete mix in it either!!

Peterson’s attorney, noted death penalty lawyer Cliff Gardner, filed the 423-page document eight years after a San Mateo County jury found the former fertilizer salesman guilty of suffocating a Laci and dumping her in the San Francisco Bay on Christmas Eve 2002.

The attorney filed a 432 page document. How many different way can a person say someone is guilty or not guilty? I am sure this benevolent attorney  is not working Pro-Bono for this slim ball.

Keep those appeals coming in Cliff. There is still a lot of money to be made before the switch is thrown on this bum.

Peterson had no problem at all disposing of his beautiful wife and his unborn son but now when it comes time to “Pay the Piper” this inhumane piece of trash is getting the jitters.

I wonder if the authorities in “the state that is supposed to fall off of the continental USA” are taking applications for a switch puller. If so, I am available.
